This position focuses on generating leads and scheduling FREE roof inspections and estimates for homeowners. If you enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and have a strong work ethic, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values performance and hard work.

We provide training, ride-alongs, and in-depth mentorship to help you learn our proven process and succeed in the field. Training takes place in our Blackwood, NJ office.

Compensation

• Generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods and offering free roof inspections and estimates
• Schedule appointments for homeowners interested in our services
• Perform local field marketing initiatives and community outreach
• Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics
• Maintain accurate records using our internal CRM and databases
• Participate in ride-alongs and field shadowing for ongoing training
• Represent the company professionally while interacting with homeowners
• Collaborate with management and other departments to improve processes and results
• Lead by example with performance and behavior aligned with company standards

This is a 100% commission outside sales role with pre-set, in-home roofing appointments—no cold calling or door knocking. Roofing experience is a plus but not required. We provide paid professional training and ongoing coaching to help driven sales professionals earn $100K–$300K+ annually.

Training takes place at our Blackwood, NJ office.

We’re looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll handle inbound calls, make outbound calls, schedule appointments, and support both our customers and field team to ensure a smooth experience from first call to job completion.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries
• Make outbound calls to current customers
• Schedule inspections, repairs, and follow-up appointments
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about next steps and timelines
• Coordinate with sales and production teams
• Update customer information and notes accurately
• Provide friendly, professional service at every touchpoint

Requirements

• Customer service or call-center experience preferred (home services is a plus)
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
