Bart Bullock

Bart Bullock has worked for two years as a project manager for roofing, siding, and windows. Before working at Grand View, he spent four years as a housing officer, overseeing projects including all aspects of home maintenance, including roofing, siding, windows, electrical, plumbing, and framing. He also built two homes from the foundation up, including framing, sheathing, electrical, plumbing, roofing, siding, and windows, as well as finish trim and flooring.

As a project manager, Bart arrives at all projects before the crew, meets with the homeowners to review the scope of the project, and directs the crew to ensure proper safety and construction procedures are followed. He ensures sufficient materials are on hand to avoid crew downtime. He also interacts with customers daily to answer questions and address any concerns. Bart understands that construction can be a traumatic process for homeowners, so he tries to fully communicate the day's planned activities, as well as any possible complications along the way with solutions the team will employ. This helps alleviate many of the insecurities the customer may experience.

Bart enjoys the challenge of overcoming hurdles and getting projects to completion. Above that, he loves showing the customer the finished result and watching customers experience that "ah-ha" moment when they see their new home.

In his free time, Bart can be found running, swimming, and biking. He is a lifelong runner and has completed many triathlons of every distance. While he doesn't compete much anymore, he still enjoys running, hiking, and skiing with his children. He follows the Eagles and Phillies and tries to go to as many games as possible.
