I have had to close the door mid-sentence numerous times and I get it, to a point. To start. Carlos Santiago was knowledgeable! Professional gave me options that would let me process why I wouldn't go to the next step.So the next part of this is about Shaun Butler I can honestly say no one has ever successfully scheduled an appointment Made it into my house. And looked at my insurance policies in my situation. I just never trusted anyone. I could also honestly say that you Grandview have been hired by me because of Shaun Butler. His knowledge of the steps that would be necessary and His professionalism Patience and explanations of my questions. And explanations of terms? That would be beyond what I would know have been the difference his representation of your company Is what separates Grand view from every other company that have come and tried to get my business. I don't impress all that easily, but these folks impressed me. From my first interaction to the final clean up after replacing our roof, everything was handled first class.They inspected our roof, determined that there was likely to be a valid insurance claim, and helped file the claim.Once approved, our only out of pocket expense was the deductible. There was no attempt to sell us on upgrades or extras. Installation was top notch. The roof looks great and held up just fine under a couple of recent severe weather events. Similar events had always some damage with the old roof. Cleanup was meticulous.Everyone we interacted with was a consummate professional but a quick shout out to Anderson and Ashley who handled most of my inquiries.Need a roof? Call them.
