My name is Samantha, but those who know me well, call me Sam. I work as the Office Manager at Grand View Roofing & Exteriors and I absolutely love my job. I joined the team in 2022 and have been involved in every step of the home improvement process since then. If you give our office a call, I'll be the one to answer and assist you with setting up a free estimate or any other concerns you may have. I make sure to follow up with customers and provide additional support to our sales team. I also reach out to customers to schedule installation dates and collect final payments. Our ultimate goal at Grand View is to make our customers happy and seeing them satisfied is a great accomplishment for me personally. I have over 10 years of experience in administration and 15 years in customer service. Although my construction background is relatively new, having worked at a roofing company for 2 years, I'm always eager to learn more, as this field really seems to interest me. Prior to joining Grand View, I worked, as I said at another roofing company, and then moved along to a custom closet company, but I was missing something. When Larry offered me the opportunity to run his showroom, I was more than happy to accept. He's a great boss and a hardworking business owner. Our team is committed to building Grand View Roofing & Exteriors into a reliable and trustworthy company for years to come.

I cherish spending precious moments with my daughter, Harper when I'm not working in the office. She's a little ball of energy at the age of 5, and it feels like she's already 15 at times! Our favorite seasons are spring and summer, and we like nothing more than heading out to the lake or beach. Harper is as adventurous as I am, and we have a blast trying out different amusement rides together. We also love splurging on shopping trips, but sometimes, we prefer to relax at home and watch a movie or TV show snuggled up together. She's my world, and without her, I wouldn't be where I am today. When I have the chance to unwind or enjoy some solitude, I really enjoy attending live concerts and exploring the great outdoors. I consider myself a food enthusiast, willing to sample any cuisine at least once. My insatiable curiosity is evident in many aspects of my life. I am grateful for my health and happiness and appreciate what I have. Maintaining a positive outlook in all circumstances is important to me. As a problem-solver at heart, I also enjoy a good mystery from time to time.
