I would like to thank Angelina for conducting such a thorough roof inspection. My roof is in terrible condition, and she provided detailed photos of every issue. I had no idea I was even missing shingles until she pointed it out.We reviewed Grand View Roofing & Exteriors' roofing options, and Angelina took the time to answer all of my questions. She provided outstanding customer service and was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the entire inspection.Thank you, Grand View Roofing & Exteriors, for sending such a true professional. I was extremely impressed with the inspection process, and it gave me confidence in moving forward. I can't wait to see the finished roof!

I cannot say enough good things about Grandview Roofing & Exteriors. From start to finish, they provided true 5-star service and exceeded every expectation I had.Larry, the owner, is clearly committed to delivering quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. In fact, he personally came to the job site to oversee the installation of my new roof, which speaks volumes about the pride he takes in his company and the work they perform.Grandview was referred to me by several people who highly recommended them, and I was told that Larry and his team were among the very best roofing professionals serving this area. After my experience, I can confidently say they did not disappoint.Their quote was extremely reasonable, especially considering they use some of the best roofing products available on the market. Even more impressive is their 50-year warranty that includes labor—a level of confidence and commitment that is virtually unheard of in this industry. When a company truly stands behind its work, it shows. What impressed me most was the professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and overall customer experience. Dealing with Grandview Roofing & Exteriors was unlike dealing with any other contractor I have worked with. They made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and reassuring from beginning to end.If I could give Grandview Roofing & Exteriors 20 stars, I would. I highly recommend Larry and his team to anyone looking for a roofing company that delivers exceptional quality, integrity, and service.

This review is more for Grand view management and ownership. The area which I am at Glen oaks. We got bombarded with canvassers, door knockers aggressive Representatives of countless companies that are working in the area. I have had to close the door mid-sentence numerous times and I get it, to a point. To start. Carlos Santiago was knowledgeable! Professional gave me options that would let me process why I wouldn't go to the next step.So the next part of this is about Shaun Butler I can honestly say no one has ever successfully scheduled an appointment Made it into my house. And looked at my insurance policies in my situation. I just never trusted anyone. I could also honestly say that you Grandview have been hired by me because of Shaun Butler. His knowledge of the steps that would be necessary and His professionalism Patience and explanations of my questions. And explanations of terms? That would be beyond what I would know have been the difference his representation of your company Is what separates Grand view from every other company that have come and tried to get my business. I just felt like I should point that out about these two gentlemen.Sincerely, Marc patricelli Grandview customer

Five stars is not enough. My wife and I are ecstatic about the results. Our experience has been tremendous from the beginning to the end. Daniel, our salesperson, Kevin the project manager, Ashley the office coordinator and the three teams of installers are amazing. As the Director of Operations for a large commercial corporation, I understand and respect the workload to organize our roofing, siding, facia, window trim, dumpster deliveries, and gutters installation. Grandview and all the support staff kept us updated on the project. The field install teams, and they work like a team, kept not only my property, but also my neighbor’s properties clean and free of trash. They treated us like it was their own home. I will recommend them to anyone that asks and will use them again if ever needed in the future. I can’t say enough good things. THANK YOU, Grandview.
