My Aunt received a flyer on her door advertising roof replacement from Grand View Roofing & Exteriors covered by her homeowners policy. She had recently had some damage to her roof from a huge wind storm and it needed repair. She couldn’t afford to pay out of pocket and the flyer advertised “Full roof replacement covered by your Homeowners policy, pay only your deductible” I didn’t believe it, but I wanted to see what they had to say so I decided to give them a call. Shaun, one of their representatives, came out and took a look. He noted the damage, and found even more throughout the roof that we hadn’t noticed. I was extremely skeptical, there are so many scams out there and I was afraid this was one of them. I asked every question I could think of, I laid out all of my concerns and doubts. He answered every question to my satisfaction, and put my mind to ease. I decided to take the chance. Best decision ever. Within 3 days, the replacement was approved by her policy, in less than a month she had a brand new roof. I waited 2 more months to post this review because I kept expecting a surprise bill in the mail. It never came, we literally only paid the deductible and my Aunt has a brand new roof! I don’t know if it was divine intervention or pure luck but that flyer showed up the exact day we needed it and it all worked out perfectly. Thank you Grand View and thank you Shaun! 10/10 highly recommend. So much so that I now need them again for my house! No joke, Shaun, Larry, Ashley, whoever reads this, that wind storm 3 weeks ago tore up our roof and I need you! Expect a message soon!

This past week I had 7 windows replaced. Not only did the Grandview team come on time, they were polite, hard working, and quick. After one day all the windows were installed, blinds and curtains were rehung and they vacuumed up any dust they may have had during the install. The next day, someone came to install coating around my windows, I had requested and was quick, also very polite and spent his time outside of our home. He only knocked to let me know the job was completed. I have continuously referred Grandview to friends and family because you get hard work, for a great price!

What really stood out was how they worked directly with my insurance company to make sure the claim was handled smoothly and that as much of the cost as possible was covered. They kept me informed every step of the way, explained the process clearly, and made a stressful situation feel completely manageable. The crew was on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done. My new roof looks fantastic, and I have peace of mind knowing it was done right. Grand View just replaced my roof, can't express how pleased I am with the entire experience from start to finish. When looking for a company for our job, we needed a one stop shop for siding, stone work, capping and gutters. Grand View was able to not only handle all of our needs perfectly, but their state of the art technology allowed us to know how the colors, siding type, stone design, and even gutters, would look be prior to installation. Their software allowed us to view all of our options 3-dimensionally to ensure perfection and zero second guesses. As a “lawn nut” I was nervous, but the crews ensured nothing sat on the grass and that every single piece of debris was removed daily. The crews were friendly and repeatedly asked if we were happy with the work and if there is anything else they can do. We would 100% use them again and again. A+ company.

We were able to have our roof done through insurance and Bart not only helped us through the process but also kept us updated every step of the way. Our roof was completed in five hours! Larry, the project manager, kept communication with us while the work was being done. The clean up was done quickly and there was nothing left behind. It looks great and we are so happy with it!
