I cannot recommend Grand View Roofing enough! From start to finish the process was seamless. Getting anything done to your roof can be a daunting experience, but the professionalism and expertise was unmatched. My roof had some severe storm damage and called a few other companies and landed on Grand View. They took their time to explain everything each step of the way, which as a mom I appreciated. My roof is fixed and finally no more leaking into my daughters bedroom!

Larry and his team are trustworthy, and go above and beyond.

They did my roofing and put a new windows in. Helped with insurance to chip in. Windows and roof are looking good, but time will show if there are any defects.

When looking for a company for our job, we needed a one stop shop for siding, stone work, capping and gutters. As a person who demands perfection, there was little-to-no conversations had with them after work began due to their craftsmanship. Grand View was able to not only handle all of our needs perfectly, but their state of the art technology allowed us to know how the colors, siding type, stone design, and even gutters, would look be prior to installation. Their software allowed us to view all of our options 3-dimensionally to ensure perfection and zero second guesses. As a “lawn nut” I was nervous, but the crews ensured nothing sat on the grass and that every single piece of debris was removed daily. The crews were friendly and repeatedly asked if we were happy with the work and if there is anything else they can do. We would 100% use them again and again. A+ company.

Grandview just completed roof work for a client of mine. They were efficient and very reasonably priced. Everyone was happy with the work they did, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Grandview to anyone in need.

We trusted the "Crew at Grand View" after a storm destroyed the exterior of our house. Grand View helped us come within our budget to replace out roof, windows, door and siding. When ever we have an issue Larry makes sure to have it resolved immediately. Matt and Bart do a great job managing the project and installation teams.

We were able to have our roof done through insurance and Bart not only helped us through the process but also kept us updated every step of the way. Our roof was completed in five hours! Larry, the project manager, kept communication with us while the work was being done. The clean up was done quickly and there was nothing left behind. It looks great and we are so happy with it!

Best contractor experience from after hours answering service, to speaking to cus svs when they opened, to scheduler MacKenzie, and inspector & installer Anderson/ Tim. Grand View was EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE, tarped roof, and arrived bright & early next day for full remediation. I am over the moon happy & recommend Grand View Roofing!! 11 Stars out of 10.

This company is a company of good men and women who work with respect and honor. They tell you exactly how they are going to do the job and don’t hide any hidden fee and or a step from the home owner from start to finish. My experience with them was great and I will recommend them to anyone who needs something done with your home. It all began when I was finally approached by one of their Rep . Mandel and Mr. Larry the owner came the next day on a weekend to look at the job. Mr. Anthony took care of the inspection aspect and the rest was handled with those great men and women till the end. If u want absolutely honesty, great job and do not have to worry about absolutely nothing!, then u are in great hands. Very excited with the job they did for me. Brett was very knowledgeable guiding us through our roof replacement that was coupled with homeowners insurance claim. Once we were past that, everything went smoothly from permits, schedules, material delivery and work crews efficiently removing and replacing our new roof. One added note - although the material (shingles) the insurance co would cover was sufficient, Larry, the owner, upgraded our shingles (no additional cost) to keep the standard high! Fantastic! We are thrilled with our new roof. Grand View did an amazing job. We had one of the oldest roofs in the neighborhood with visible storm damage. From our initial consultation to the installation to the finished product and follow up, we were nothing but impressed. We would definitely recommend to other home owners. An additional plus was that they left our landscaping untouched and only 4 nails on the ground. You usually don’t hear back from contractors after they complete a job and have been paid but Grand View came a week later with hand delivered home made cookies and a huge smile and thanked us for their business. From the very beginning of the process I felt very much at ease with grandview. Frank came out to the house and explained everything thoroughly, showed me comparative products for the market along with showing me many other handwritten estimates from companies in the area. They did diamond kote lap siding and all the trim and accessories to go with it. They kept the work area clean as they went and lived up to what they promised. I would absolutely recommend Grandview for any of your window, siding, door or Roofing needs.

Great job by this company! Roof looks great Roofing a house is very messy but when they left you would never know they were here cleanup was that good I would use them again anytime!

I called Grand View exteriors this morning and spoke to Sam who was very accommodating and nice. Facia trim on our home blew down and was hanging and banging on our house. Larry the owner had someone come over within an hour to put it back up temporarily until they can fully replace . The trim must be ordered. Excellent customer service from Larry and Sam thank you both again! I highly recommend your company!

Grand View Roofing & Exteriors just replaced my daughter’s roof that was severely damaged by a wind storm back in August 2024. We searched extensively for a company that had a reputation for high integrity coupled with precision mechanical skills for roof installations. Not only was Grand View at the top of the list but they really deployed their team with military competency. I was awestricken by the high end forklift style equipment they used to get the materials loaded on the roof. This was NOT the typical “Rope and Ladder Bucket Brigade” that most contractors use to manually get the shingles up on the roof. My compliments to BART the foreman-manager who supervised his crew throughout the install process. He clearly is a taskmaster for ensuring the jobsite operations are run efficiently from the point of delivery to the end inclusive of quality assurance and clean up. Thank you BART pardon the pun but you “Nailed It”. And as far as details and disclosure are concerned BART answered all my questions concerning the Scope of Work and pricing parameters inclusive of all the Warranty and Contractual Obligations of All concerned parties. There were no ambiguities with verbal promises and undefined technical jargon.Everything was clearly depicted and conveyed within an understandable contract. In conclusion I would highly recommend Grand View to any homeowner who needs an Honest Contracting Company. I wrote this review redundantly because I posted it early today and did not see the update on google.

I can’t say enough about the quality and service of this team. Multiple visits to our home to assure exactness of what we wanted in a timely manner. Their team was amazing!!!! The men that actually did the work were courteous, introduced themselves, timely to the 10 minutes before expected, cleaned up always and simply knew what they were doing as did the team that visited us for the quote.
