GV came and inspected my roof after shingles came off roof. Roof was only 10 years old but last company was such a headache I refused to call them back. Jerry was VERY nice (and handsome) and was able explain everything very clearly. I was nervous about an insurance claim, but this was clearly caused by weather as there were shingles all over the neighborhood. My insurance company looked at everything and approved me to get the whole roof done. I’m convinced it was because GV knows what they are doing, because my neighbors are still waiting 2 months after my roof is done!Really glad I trusted Jerry. And my roof is beautiful!!

Had a leak occur during a large rainstorm in November. Called Grandview and they had someone come by within 30 mins to assess and help. Even with waiting to get solar panels off, they helped keep the roof from leaking anymore until we could get it replaced. Everyone in the company was friendly, helpful, and professional. They were able to come by the day after our solar panels were removed and finished quickly. Our roof looks exceptional. Highly recommend for any roofing needs.

The Grand View crew recently took care of my roof due to wind damage. Anderson Merino (Claim specialist) took care of the details and walked me through the process. Larry Laroche (Project Manager) and Hugo's crew took care of the installation of the roof. The house looks like new, the crew from Grand View did an excellent job. My solar panels were off and back on within a week. The team was very knowledgeable, would definitely recommend.

My Aunt received a flyer on her door advertising roof replacement from Grand View Roofing & Exteriors covered by her homeowners policy. She had recently had some damage to her roof from a huge wind storm and it needed repair. She couldn’t afford to pay out of pocket and the flyer advertised “Full roof replacement covered by your Homeowners policy, pay only your deductible” I didn’t believe it, but I wanted to see what they had to say so I decided to give them a call. Shaun, one of their representatives, came out and took a look. He noted the damage, and found even more throughout the roof that we hadn’t noticed. I was extremely skeptical, there are so many scams out there and I was afraid this was one of them. I asked every question I could think of, I laid out all of my concerns and doubts. He answered every question to my satisfaction, and put my mind to ease. I decided to take the chance. Best decision ever. Within 3 days, the replacement was approved by her policy, in less than a month she had a brand new roof. I waited 2 more months to post this review because I kept expecting a surprise bill in the mail. It never came, we literally only paid the deductible and my Aunt has a brand new roof! I don’t know if it was divine intervention or pure luck but that flyer showed up the exact day we needed it and it all worked out perfectly. Thank you Grand View and thank you Shaun! 10/10 highly recommend. So much so that I now need them again for my house! No joke, Shaun, Larry, Ashley, whoever reads this, that wind storm 3 weeks ago tore up our roof and I need you! Expect a message soon!

I had a wonderful experience with Grand View Roofing & Exteriors. Mike S. helped me work with my insurance to get my roof completely replaced. The crew arrived early in the morning and worked non-stop the entire day. Larry, the on site manager addressed any concerns I had. They cleaned up every scrap outside my home including the nails! Everyone was pleasant and friendly. The whole process was seamless and stress free. I highly recommend Grand View. With my new roof my home looks updated now. Thank you Team Grand View!

The staff at Grand View were excellent during the whole process! They provided amazing customer service which is pretty much non existent in these times. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns, Shaun made himself available throughout the whole process and the installers were attentive to any details I was concerned about. Ashely went the extra mile whenever I reached out! This company was amazing!

From Malik the sales guy to Joe the installer I could not find a more professional and personable group They were doing work Nextdoor and they were so good i immediately called the office and from the first hello i knew it was going to be good She was bright articulate and helpful and the rest is history Best part was the price I went from 3 windows to doing all my windows plus s two doors No the didnt upsell me the prices and their personalities did F

We are very pleased with our new roof. They did an excellent job . Larry , Tim and Bart are awesome to work with from seeing what all needed to be done until the very end. Even checked to see how we liked it and any problems or concerns. I can not say enough wonderful things about Grand View Roofing.

Was able to catch Shaun working at my neighbor's house. I asked if he could stop by when he had a moment and he quickly came over and inspected my roof and my shed roof and gave me some really good advice and how to proceed forward.. I had a small hole on my roof and he did a temporary patch for me right on the spot. These guys are awesome!

Very professional. Great communication. Grand view worked with my insurance company and met all of my expectations. Their work is above what I expected and they handled all my concerns quickly. I would recommend Grand view to anyone. My roof looks beautiful and professionally installed.

Shaun was easy to work with, and we were better able together to communicate with insurance company. The tile looks good although there are some edges of tiles slightly sticking up. I was told this would resolve as weather warms, and that they fully stand behind their work. Grand view was very efficient and had roof installed one week after signing contract. A pleasure to work with.
