Excellent company (Grand View Roofing & Exteriors)! Efficient, Professional, and Accommodating! I highly recommend this company!

From the very beginning of the process I felt very much at ease with grandview. Frank came out to the house and explained everything thoroughly, showed me comparative products for the market along with showing me many other handwritten estimates from companies in the area. They did diamond kote lap siding and all the trim and accessories to go with it. They kept the work area clean as they went and lived up to what they promised. I would absolutely recommend Grandview for any of your window, siding, door or Roofing needs.

Grand View replaced our roof with a beautiful new one! Their work was efficient and professional! We are thrilled with the outcome.

Great job by this company! Roof looks great Roofing a house is very messy but when they left you would never know they were here cleanup was that good I would use them again anytime!

I called Grand View exteriors this morning and spoke to Sam who was very accommodating and nice. Facia trim on our home blew down and was hanging and banging on our house. Larry the owner had someone come over within an hour to put it back up temporarily until they can fully replace . The trim must be ordered. Excellent customer service from Larry and Sam thank you both again! I highly recommend your company!

We had a wonderful experience doing business with Larry and his crew at Grand View. Our roof was damaged because of high winds and they took care of it and it looks GREAT! Grand View Roofing & Exteriors just replaced my daughter’s roof that was severely damaged by a wind storm back in August 2024. We searched extensively for a company that had a reputation for high integrity coupled with precision mechanical skills for roof installations. Not only was Grand View at the top of the list but they really deployed their team with military competency. I was awestricken by the high end forklift style equipment they used to get the materials loaded on the roof. This was NOT the typical “Rope and Ladder Bucket Brigade” that most contractors use to manually get the shingles up on the roof. My compliments to BART the foreman-manager who supervised his crew throughout the install process. He clearly is a taskmaster for ensuring the jobsite operations are run efficiently from the point of delivery to the end inclusive of quality assurance and clean up. Thank you BART pardon the pun but you “Nailed It”. And as far as details and disclosure are concerned BART answered all my questions concerning the Scope of Work and pricing parameters inclusive of all the Warranty and Contractual Obligations of All concerned parties. There were no ambiguities with verbal promises and undefined technical jargon.Everything was clearly depicted and conveyed within an understandable contract. In conclusion I would highly recommend Grand View to any homeowner who needs an Honest Contracting Company. I wrote this review redundantly because I posted it early today and did not see the update on google.

Really great People to work with!

I can’t say enough about the quality and service of this team. Multiple visits to our home to assure exactness of what we wanted in a timely manner. Their team was amazing!!!! The men that actually did the work were courteous, introduced themselves, timely to the 10 minutes before expected, cleaned up always and simply knew what they were doing as did the team that visited us for the quote. I will always use them and recommend them. Thank you all!! Great work.

Before & after..Grand View Roofing & Exterior... Arrived early & got straight to work. They even handled my homeowners insurance claim.. I'm beyond satisfied. I highly recommend this company.. would DEFINITELY use again

Came out gave honest opinion on the state of the roof

Larry and his team are extremely excellent! They did our roof two years ago, and siding this fall. Kevin and Migel went up and above on the siding. Miguel made changes, that I requested, with no issues what so ever. If I wasn't sure abt something, they would absolutely make it work. We had a leak from our dormer, before we got siding. on the sides, Kevin found our dormer(not the roof) in need major repairs. From the leak, our livingroom and dining room ceilings had major water stains. They repair the dormer and after siding was done, they fixed the ceilings in the house at no extra charge. Excellent price, excellent service, excellent and friendly men on the crew. Also very friendly office staff!!! We recommend them very highly.

Grandview did an awesome job on our roof. When we contacted them we needed to have the roof installed in a week and they were able to meet our deadline and have it completed in one day. It looks amazing. I give them a 10 out of 10!

I am totally pleased with the roofing experience. The crew was meticulous about everything. His price was cheaper than all of the other estimates. I referred Grand View to my neighbor to fix a debacle after a car ran into his home. They gave him a great price and he accepted their offer. Also Samantha is very professional and answered all of my questions.
