This review is more for Grand view management and ownership. The area which I am at Glen oaks. We got bombarded with canvassers, door knockers aggressive Representatives of countless companies that are working in the area. I have had to close the door mid-sentence numerous times and I get it, to a point. To start. Carlos Santiago was knowledgeable! Professional gave me options that would let me process why I wouldn't go to the next step.So the next part of this is about Shaun Butler I can honestly say no one has ever successfully scheduled an appointment Made it into my house. And looked at my insurance policies in my situation. I just never trusted anyone. I could also honestly say that you Grandview have been hired by me because of Shaun Butler. His knowledge of the steps that would be necessary and His professionalism Patience and explanations of my questions. And explanations of terms? That would be beyond what I would know have been the difference his representation of your company Is what separates Grand view from every other company that have come and tried to get my business. Five stars is not enough. My wife and I are ecstatic about the results. Our experience has been tremendous from the beginning to the end. Daniel, our salesperson, Kevin the project manager, Ashley the office coordinator and the three teams of installers are amazing. As the Director of Operations for a large commercial corporation, I understand and respect the workload to organize our roofing, siding, facia, window trim, dumpster deliveries, and gutters installation. Grandview and all the support staff kept us updated on the project. The field install teams, and they work like a team, kept not only my property, but also my neighbor’s properties clean and free of trash. They treated us like it was their own home. I will recommend them to anyone that asks and will use them again if ever needed in the future. I can’t say enough good things. THANK YOU, Grandview.

Grandview is amazing! Michael came out within 12 hours and assessed the storm damage we incurred. He was on the phone with Bart the same night and a plan was established to fix the damage. Bart walked me through how to submit the claim and how to proceed, as well as explaining the plan and walking me through the scope of work. The team came out and had the job done within 24 hours! They left the lawn better than they found it and my house looks wonderful! Thank you so much Grandview and especially Bart !!!

I don't impress all that easily, but these folks impressed me. From my first interaction to the final clean up after replacing our roof, everything was handled first class.They inspected our roof, determined that there was likely to be a valid insurance claim, and helped file the claim.Once approved, our only out of pocket expense was the deductible. There was no attempt to sell us on upgrades or extras. Installation was top notch. The roof looks great and held up just fine under a couple of recent severe weather events. Similar events had always some damage with the old roof. Cleanup was meticulous.Everyone we interacted with was a consummate professional but a quick shout out to Anderson and Ashley who handled most of my inquiries.Need a roof? Call them. You won't be disappointed. I know we weren't!

GV came and inspected my roof after shingles came off roof. Roof was only 10 years old but last company was such a headache I refused to call them back. Jerry was VERY nice (and handsome) and was able explain everything very clearly. I was nervous about an insurance claim, but this was clearly caused by weather as there were shingles all over the neighborhood. My insurance company looked at everything and approved me to get the whole roof done. I’m convinced it was because GV knows what they are doing, because my neighbors are still waiting 2 months after my roof is done!Really glad I trusted Jerry. And my roof is beautiful!!

Had a leak occur during a large rainstorm in November. Called Grandview and they had someone come by within 30 mins to assess and help. Even with waiting to get solar panels off, they helped keep the roof from leaking anymore until we could get it replaced. Everyone in the company was friendly, helpful, and professional. They were able to come by the day after our solar panels were removed and finished quickly. Our roof looks exceptional. Highly recommend for any roofing needs.
