I want to highly recommend this company. The team is very professional. The communication and scheduling is to the prompt. Installation of the roof was completed professionally to the very fine details. I am going to have my youngest son in Pennsylvania to call this company for his roof and siding replace.

This past week I had 7 windows replaced. Not only did the Grandview team come on time, they were polite, hard working, and quick. After one day all the windows were installed, blinds and curtains were rehung and they vacuumed up any dust they may have had during the install. The next day, someone came to install coating around my windows, I had requested and was quick, also very polite and spent his time outside of our home. He only knocked to let me know the job was completed. I have continuously referred Grandview to friends and family because you get hard work, for a great price!

My roof was replaced in one day. They did a very good job of cleanup around the yard. I am pleased with the look of the new roof. The replacement was covered by insurance so it was very affordable.

I highly recommend Grand View for your next roof shingle project. Anderson @ GV worked with me to get the new shingle roof installed and paid for by my homeowner’s insurance. I only paid the policy deductible. It’s NOT to good to be true! How much have you paid over the years for insurance? If the claim is approved the insurance should pay! GV crew did an excellent job. (After they were done I didn’t find any roofing nails. They offer $1.00 for each nail you find.)

When looking for a company for our job, we needed a one stop shop for siding, stone work, capping and gutters. As a person who demands perfection, there was little-to-no conversations had with them after work began due to their craftsmanship. Grand View was able to not only handle all of our needs perfectly, but their state of the art technology allowed us to know how the colors, siding type, stone design, and even gutters, would look be prior to installation. Their software allowed us to view all of our options 3-dimensionally to ensure perfection and zero second guesses. As a “lawn nut” I was nervous, but the crews ensured nothing sat on the grass and that every single piece of debris was removed daily. The crews were friendly and repeatedly asked if we were happy with the work and if there is anything else they can do. We would 100% use them again and again. A+ company.
